About Pipeline Segment 2
Segment 2 of the pipeline is located between Highway 99 and the Gerber/Vineyard Road intersection in Sacramento County. The segment is 7.6 miles long and begins just east of Highway 99 at East Stockton Boulevard and the extension of Auberry Drive. It continues east along Auberry Drive to Power Inn Road, north along Power Inn Road to Elsie Avenue, east along Elsie Avenue to Wilbur Way, north along Wilbur Way to Gerber Road, and east along Gerber Road to Vineyard Road.
