Pipeline Segment 4
Segment 4 of the pipeline begins at the intersection of Gerber and Vineyard Roads and heads approximately one mile north of Vineyard Road to Sacramento County Water Agency’s (SCWA) new Vineyard Surface Water Treatment plant located at Florin and Knox Roads. This portion of the pipe is 66 inches in diameter and can transport up to 85 million gallons of water daily. After treatment, the water will be distributed to customers in SCWA’s service area in central Sacramento County.
