About Northern Reach Pipeline

The pipeline includes construction of approximately 32,500 feet of 72-inch diameter mortar lined and dielectric coated (ML&DCS) steel pipe.

Current Activities

Traffic delays on Clay Station Rd. May 12 - May 30
From Monday, May 12 to Friday, May 30, pipe will be delivered and set on the west side of Clay Station Rd. north of Borden Rd in Herald, CA. Northbound and southbound traffic will be restricted to one lane on Clay Station Rd during the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday. Motorists should anticipate traffic delays of up to 15 minutes. Flagmen will be posted at both ends of the construction area. Please adhere to all posted speed limits and traffic signs whenever entering construction zones.
Minor traffic disruptions are occurring along Elliot Road between Borden Road and Liberty Road
Install environmental and easement limit fencing on private property along the pipeline alignment. Tree trimming and removal along the alignment.
72-inch pipe installation beginning in mid-May along Clay Station Road
72-inch pipe installation is scheduled to begin around mid-May along Clay Station Rd starting just south of Montfort Rdand heading south towards Borden Rd. Updated traffic advisories will be posted.
